2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE (CGV)

Note: This governs the sale of your wine tours.

 

1. Object These terms and conditions govern the sale of wine tour consulting and organization services provided by EOS Wine Consulting to the Client.

 

2. Bookings A booking is confirmed only after the receipt of the deposit and the signed contract.

 

3. Prices and Payment Prices are indicated in Euros (€). A deposit of 50 % is required at booking. The balance must be paid 30 days before the tour starts.

 

4. Cancellations

• Cancellation more than 30 days before: 100% refund (excluding consulting service, which costs 100 euro/per hour).
• Cancellation less than 14 days before: No refund of the deposit paid.
• EOS Wine Consulting is not liable for cancellations due to strikes, weather, or other Force Majeure events.

 

5. Alcohol & Responsibility The Client must be at least 18 years old. EOS Wine Consulting promotes responsible drinking and is not liable for the consequences of alcohol consumption or the actions of third-party providers (hotels, transport).
